Are These in Captivity? #2

Few species in mine (located anywhere?)
- Pinsker’s Hawk Eagle
- Dwarf Bharal
- Kashmir Gray Langur
- Black-Faced Spoonbill
- Indian Vulture
- Impressed Tortoise
- Nias Hill Mynah

I was doing some general research for my speculative zoo thread; and as part of this project, I am curious to know if any of the following fish species are/were currently/historically kept in captivity?

- Crevalle Jack (Caranx hippos)
- Guinean Barracuda (Sphyraena afra)
- Longfin Crevalle Jack (Caranx fischeri)
- Giant African Threadfin (Polydactylus quadrifilis)

I also forgot to mention that this is my 900th post, so I guess that’s something special to celebrate. :D

-GulfWorld Panama City Beach
- Clearwater Marine Aquarium
-The Seas at Epcot
- Mobile Bay Estuarium

Yeah, they’re most often kept in shark tanks - also at Point Defiance, Chattanooga, and Georgia.

Re: Raccoons in Xcaret; there were none signed as Cozumel Raccoons in 2019 when I was there; if there had been I would have made a real effort to see them.

There was actual a tarpan studbook up until a few decades ago. If you look through the ZIMS records of some AZA zoos you’ll see tarpan listed

If you don't mind me asking, how would one go about accessing those old records? I'm deeply interested in the history of the Tarpan (Or rather, the Heck horse) in America.
