Per updated signage at the exhibit, Romeo has been moved to the Buffalo Zoo. Lulu from the Buffalo Zoo has been moved to an unknown zoo.

Well would you guess what? Lulu is now at Lincoln Park Zoo lol! So just a rhino swap I guess.

A male calf was born at Honolulu Zoo April 19:

Aria was pregnant upon her transfer to Honolulu Zoo in September 2022 and has delivered a healthy male calf.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this calf a hybrid between a South-Central and Eastern? Last I heard the mother Aria was a pure South-Central and Kendi being from my hometown is 100% Eastern. Here is an article where the Safari Park even states she is of the southern subspecies: All About Aria

No the calf is a pure Eastern Black Rhino. Aria's parents (Eddie and Circe) are both Eastern Black Rhinos, so she is pure-Eastern too. There must have been an error in this article about her.

As noted in the Oregon thread by @Zoofan15, 0.1 Jozi is pregnant and due anytime from now to January of next year with the sire being 1.0 King! Very exciting that we have another pair of first-time parents!

I believe Cleveland has a new Rhino. They had four today, but they've had 3 since Inge (0.1) passed away earlier this year. Is there any idea who may have moved?

Milwaukee County Zoo could be a possibility as they're hopefully opening a new indoor and renovated outdoor exhibits later this year for black rhinos

As stated on the Cincinnati Zoo's Member HQ page, 1.0 Ajani Joe will also soon be moving to another zoo and the zoo will be left without rhinos for a little while.

From what I have heard Cincinnati will not be housing black rhinos again for quite some time as their future new habitat is one of the last projects on the new masterplan after all of the current construction is finished by next year and then the new giraffe habitat is done. My guess would be as soon as 2030 but that is again just a guess. As for Seyia I saw on facebook she will be moving to a facility which is building a new rhino habitat so that pretty much confirms Milwaukee.

I don't think there are any other habitats under construction right now but I am not 100% sure. I know Abilene plans to switch to Eastern at some point as well so they could be renovating their habitat but others would know better then me.
