Those We Have Known....

Having last spoken to him on the phone yesterday in order to discuss an ongoing matter we are helping the Bartlett Society to deal with, I can also confirm that ZG is still active in the wider UK zoo enthusiast community away from the forum and doing pretty well.
You're not the only one he's called this week! :p

I am wondering what happened to TinoPup, they haven't been active since the whole bearded saki fiasco in February.

Fiasco? You mean when people were simply saying that counting animals when one doesn’t really recall doesn’t really count? That was an argument but not a fiasco imo.

I'm not using the word fiasco in a literal sense, just something to spice up a sentence.

In addition to @TinoPup, I just realized that @Great Argus hasn't been on since February either. A real shame, as lately the United States section of the forum has been downright boring as some frequent, highly knowledgeable contributors are absent.

Yeah, the US subforum has been really in decline sine they left. It's quite amazing what a positive impact those two members had. I hope they'll come back.

TinoPup said earlier this year that they would soon be busy with a new puppy and that this would leave little time for ZooChat or visiting zoos. That might be why they are absent. As for Great Argus, I have no idea.
