Lunch with the leopards donation perk almost worth renewing my passport for that!Plans have been unveiled and fundraising started to build an Amur Leopard exhibit at the park. The EEP have already earmarked males, Anik and Kazimir from Marwell as the potential new occupants Amur Leopards: Back To The Wild
Still under construction doesn’t even seem to have the foundations in. Although I was lucky enough to see the pair up the hillsideDoes anyone know when phase two of the leopard enclosure is due to be completed? I haven’t seen or heard anything recently & just wondered if anyone knew anything considering it’s been 2 years since phase one was built
Apparently they are sending one of the amur leopards to South Korea for breeding and getting a female to go with the other male and one male will live there before his departure they currently have gibbons in the meshed over but next to the lion houseAnyone visited recently or knows anything about what’s happening to the lion enclosure? Are they going to get new ones in or turn the enclosure into something else? I managed to visit multiple times last year but don’t think i’ll get the chance to this year so haven’t been able to visit and see the updates.
