I would have to check if they truly don't have Seals anymore or if their one seal was just off exhibit when I went, as both Sea Lions were just hanging out by the door and not swimming when I went last week.

That’s disappointing, considering I am supposed to visit Mystic in less than a month :(.

Birmingham no longer has CA sea lions, they sent theirs to New England Aquarium in April.

El Paso has CA sea lions (and a webcam for them!)

San Francisco no longer has CA sea lions.

Columbus has harbors, so does Seattle Aquarium.

Quebec doesn't keep gray seals.

The harp at seaworld died in 2021.

Answering my own question, no, it is not on exhibit but you can see it sometimes on the BTS tour of Wild Arctic. Unknown if it will go on exhibit.
 
Acuario interactivo Cancún has a pair of South American sea lions. Zoológico Guadalajara has a male Guadalupe fur seal named Lupillo.
