Spec. Zoo Design questions

Continuing with my recent theme of rotational displays, could I rotate Mantled Guereza, Gold-bellied Mangabey, Lesser Spot-nosed Guenon, and Congo Wolf's Guenon? The idea I had was two indoor and two outdoor habitats, rotated on a basis which would be less stressful for both keepers and animals.
Note: I am aware of one zoo, specifically Rosamond Gifford, that does a rotation with the above-mentioned Guereza as well as Siamang and Patas Monkey, but I was unsure if particular species are better than others for something like this.

That would work but the guenons might get stressed by the smells of the other monkeys

Are there any major animals/ways that would help make the Andes & Atacama section, the Patagonia and the Pampas sections, and the Gran Chaco sections be & feel different from each other? Are there any major breeding programs in the AZA and are there any EEP species that would work(specifically for smaller, terrarium/aquarium type animals)

That Danish zoo whose name I can't spell has them free-roaming in their Asian tropical dome
Is there only one of those for the European folk on Zoochat, because I find most of the non-English zoos difficult to either spell or pronounce the names of :p

I didn’t know where to post this question initially, so that’s why the following is here.

While the number of facilities on Zootierliste might say otherwise, could Purple Gallinules (Porphyrio martinica) feasibly survive in American captivity? Especially if they were non-releasable birds?

I don't know how many of them are in America, but rails and gallinules breed quickly and they can be breed in an incubator, so a stable population could be made quickly

Is it possible that Malayan Tapirs can be hold in a greenhouse with an outdoor enclosure, if there are free flying birds in the greenhose?

It would be better if the Tapir is outside (at least during warmer weather) it could theoretically work though. The water sources of the Tapir might get contaminated, some birds might get stressed and some birds can give health issues. You just need calm birds

The tapir enclosure is just a part of a bigger greenhouse

Should be fine as long as you make a dark tunnel between the indoor and outdoor habitats, preferably with flaps or ropes. Essentially the same system you use with visitors

Is it possible that southern elephant seals could somehow be housed outside and thrive in a tropical zoo (example: Florida/Hawaii/Virgin Islands) with enough AC/chillers? AFAIK Taronga once did something similar with a non-releasable leopard seal.

The Marineland d'Antibes (Southern France) used to have Southern Elephant Seals for decades, without extra chilling.
I think that their requirements are equal to those of the Northern Elephant Seals, that live in the warm seas of California and Mexico.

Would Chinese (Vietnamese) Crocodile Lizards work as free-roaming animals in a greenhouse?
The greenhouse shouldn't be too warm and would have to be very humid. The lizards are shy and might get stressed by too many people. They will also eat amphibians, small fish and insects so there shouldn't be any free-roaming ones. I just think they shouldn't be as the greenhouses might fluctuate too much in temperature
