The comment from the zoo implies they will be kept seperate, noting the territorial nature of the species. It would also be inadvisable to introduce a mob of four to a mob of equivalent or greater size.
From what I’ve seen, many new packs formed in zoos have been from one male introduced to one female; or two males to one female. In the wild, females are evicted from their natal group by 2-3 years by their mother (as they’re seen as a threat to her status and an infanticide risk to her pups). Conflicts between sexually mature females in captivity are common (though same-sex groups of females are usually more stable long term).
If breeding is to occur, I’d expect one of the four females to be removed from the group (they might even wait to see if a hierarchy dispute necessitates this); and then paired with one or two males.
The new female meerkats are named Nairobi, Tswana, Kasani and Tuli.
