Read through the recently dropped USDA report for the zoo (it was one of the last accredited zoos to not have one done since the reports started tracking birds) and Japanese Serow was not on it. Serow is also no longer listed on their website (last year it was) and has not been featured in any recent social media. I can't say with 100% certainty that they are gone, but all evidence is pointing to that being the case - which I believe means the species is now gone from US captive collections (unless they were transferred elsewhere, but this hasn't shown up on any other USDA reports yet).
