Hello, I wanted to confirm when you buy your tickets for 9am entry. Do you have to enter specifically at 9 am or you can enter from the 9am period to 9:30am?
Also any tips to see the African Wild dogs?

You don't have to enter at your exact time, you just can't be early (ie. you can be late and still let in). The wild dogs for me are active at the opening and closing due to the lower heat

I had an amazing visit yesterday at the Franklin Park Zoo. There weren't a lot of visitors and the zoo was quite empty before 10 am. I managed to see the African Wild dog running around and they were quite active.
The Amazon milk tree frog was off exhibit
The African Pygmy Falcon was also off exhibit
You can see the zebras and the wildebeest from the zebra entrance. Link to Google map to the location where you can see the zebras and wildebeest.

The calf, which is male, returned to the zoo yesterday.
Zoo New England on Instagram: "Our giraffe calf is home again. Thanks to the expert intensive care he received at Hospital for Large Animals at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University (@tuftsvet), the “little guy” returned home on Tuesday evening after showing improvement in his health. He is currently being bottle fed around the clock by our dedicated animal care team as we work toward reintroducing the calf to his mother, Amari. Such reintroductions can be very challenging, so we’re following their lead and taking it slow. They will remain behind the scenes during this time, but guests can still congratulate the proud papa, Chad, in Giraffe Savannah."

This beautiful 8-year-old female came to Franklin Park Zoo from @BuschGardens Tampa Bay earlier this summer as a companion for our male spotted hyena Kai. The animal care team says she’s settled in quite well and they’re working on getting her and Kai acquainted behind the scenes. Maboga comes to us on a recommendation from the Spotted Hyena Species Survival Plan (SSP) as a pal for Kai — not a breeding recommendation. But introductions between these powerful predators need to be approached carefully, so we’re going at their pace and taking it slow. For now, Maboga—or Bogie—is getting access to the main habitat to help her gain confidence and familiarity with her new home before she is introduced to Kai. He will be spending time in the spaces behind the scenes. So swing by the hyena habitat in the Kalahari Kingdom to meet Maboga, and we’ll keep you posted on how Kai and Maboga are getting on. #FranklinParkZoo #SpottedHyena #NewArrival"

Wonderful news! Hopefully they'll both be happy, more active, and more visible. The lone male was rarely visible to visitors.
