Thanks Jana.. from the news report I just found the gorillas are still in the flood tower. Yesterday, the water was about 2,5-3 m under the top room of the flood tower where the gorillas are, but in the night, the water rose and it was feared that it would become necessary to evacuate them via boat. Thankfully, the water stopped 1,5 m under the room they are in. However, this shows that the flood tower is still not high enough to protect the gorilla family in case of just a bit more water. I hope they can be moved to Dvur ASAP and I very much hope that the will stick to its plan to NOT get them back before the lower part of the zoo is properly protacted against such a disaster (or the gorilla facility is relocated to the upper part of the zoo).
