The only zoo in the United States to see...

@TropicWorld- Philadelphia Zoo has a Red Capped Mangabey.

@ yangz- Six Flags Wild Safari does have Black Wildebeest.

These are the ones that spring to mind first:

Cincinnati Zoo- Sumatran Rhinoceros (until LA puts Harapan on display), Banded Palm Civet, Aardwolf, Razo Island Skink, Whiskered Auklet, Least Auklet

Columbus Zoo- Tiger Quoll

They have Aardwolf at the Living Desert, dont they ?

They do have the only red-faced spider monkey though.

The Southwick's Zoo's website lists Red-Faced Spider Monkeys on their website.

I don't remember who said it but there are at least two other places that hold Forest Buffalo besides San Diego, both in Florida. One I remember is called Safari Wilderness.

Also, SeaWorld Orlando also has Short-Finned Pilot Whales.

Maxwell's Duiker for the Bronx Zoo also. I've also been told that Bronx is the only zoo in the U.S. with Anhinga but I don't know if that's true or not.

And also Lowland Paca for San Diego.

I can't remember if anyone said it yet but Grey's Crowned Guenon for Cincinnati. And do any other AZA zoos have Cape Genets besides Cincy?

Definitely not true. I saw one in the Abilene Zoo last weekend.

I also saw several while in the West Palm Beach zoo, but those were wild and don't count for this. :D

I believe Bronx is one of the last places to see Indian Muntjac though I believe a couple zoos still have them.

Santa Barbara Zoo has a Chinese alligator. I don't know if that's the only place to see one in the U.S., probably not, but that's the only place I've seen one.

Milwaukee County, Knoxville, and I believe St. Louis also have Chinese alligators. I'm sure there's others, but that's all I can think of.

There were two places in Florida with Congo buffalo but I would bet Safari Wilderness is now the only one. There were two at Micanopy but the male had passed when I visited in 2009 and the female was nearly twenty years old back in 2009 so I doubt she is still alive. Both came from Catskill when it closed.

Regarding Chinese alligators, they are fairly common now. I have been to over a dozen facilities that exhibit them. New Guniea crocs at SAAF are the only ones I know on display.

And though they are not on display Miami has the only Asian Whiteback vulture, West Palm has only Pondicherry vulture (occasionally used for flight show), OKC has only Greys Tree Monitor, San Antonio has tessebee.

Also the last four Dorcas gazelles were split between Naples and Houston but did not see them at Naples last visit.

In March I went to Naples Zoo and saw one single Dorcas Gazelle. Micanopy no longer has Forest Buffalo but Safari Wilderness has three(all females). Roger Williams Park Zoo has Chinese Alligator. I can say firsthand that Southwick's Zoo does not have Red-Faced Spider Monkey. They used to have Black Spider Monkey, but not anymore.
@Thylacine- I couldn't find Red Faced listed on their website. Where was it listed?

Going to go out on a limb here and say,
Oregon Zoo: Hooded vulture .They have 2, one in the bird show and another in the African Rainforest aviary.
I could be wrong on this.. I haven't seen any hooded vultures in any other zoo that I've been to on the west side of the states. There may be some in eastern states (haven't explored much over there)

Tracy Aviary: An Andean condor that you can walk around with :P
Painted stork? Don't know how common storks are in zoos.

Eh, that's all I can think of at the moment.

Dallas Zoo has Hooded Vulture. Zoo Miami and San Antonio Zoo have Painted Stork.

I believe the San Diego Zoo Safari Park has Painted Storks as well which they use in their bird show,I do remember hearing one of them escaped during training, but I'm not sure if that was the only individual they had.

On the zoo's Black Spider Monkey page, they have the scientific name as Ateles paniscus, which is the same one for the Red-Faced Spider Monkey, though you say they no longer hold the species...
