You kind of forgot to post the article.

Here it is:
Incredibly Rare Ocelot Born at Dallas Zoo | NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth
But the weird thing is, Milagre, the "mother", is a male! Who's the real mother?
Anyways I volunteered today, and while there wasn't too much new at the zoo, I'll still report.
Unfortunately, Norbert the Bearded Dragon passed away recently. He was around 12-14 years old. He wasn't the most active animal, but it was always great to see him.

I also think the crane chicks died, unless they've been hiding in the shed for the past month and a half.

All 3 Mexican Wolves are now on exhibit.
I'm not exactly sure how many Amazon Milk Frogs there were (I always assumed one), but I saw 3 today.
The chain-link fencing walkway is still there. It might have to do with some accreditation issues.
I saw Sofiya today, and she is absolutely
gorgeous! She is managing to deal with the heat, and is making use of her rocky cliffs. However, she sometimes performs stereotypical running.
They are expanding the Bobcat cage, which is not on public display.
I also have some info about a future Asian expansion. PM me for info.
Photos coming tomorrow.
Here's a nice video about the zoo from July 16th:
