I love that video in post number two. But someone needs to tell the (presumably) South African narrator that Americans pronounce the "Z" in Measure Z as "zee" and not as "zed" like the Brits and South Africans do.
 
I am torn about Mek's pregnancy. I was told by one of the senior keepers at San Diego that Connor and Christopher were likely her last cubs due to her age. The fact that both parents are wild-born does make them very genetically valuable, but she's, what, 14? 15? I find it interesting that the article makes no mention of her age.
 
The tiger cubs had their first vet check and they are all doing great. Its two boys and two girls.
