The Nonsense Thread

My email account does a fairly good job of filtering spam and phishing emails, but this one slipped through. If anyone wants to tutor her in English, I'll give you the email address. The email below makes no sense. What ensemble? I don't make nice things in my bed - I do that in my workshop. Why will I regret if she is a nice girl? Bizarre.

Wow! I never would have imagined that that was the message that the email was trying to convey. Thanks so much for explaining it to me.
 
I occasionally have to check my spam box because occasionally I have a legitimate email get blacklisted. I'm too embarrassed to talk about the emails I see in there, that's why I only check when I am expecting something and haven't gotten it. No, I don't open them, I just read the titles without opening them. Then I delete them.

I have had this particular email address since 1996 (20 years, man I feel old) so I must have signed up to lots of crap in the last two decades, and those websites must have been hacked or sold me details on to third and fourth parties.

I have one email for throwaways and one for things that matter, somehow I have gone nearly a decade without abandoning them and I thought that was old.

Did I mention I don't own a smartphone? Of course part of me thinks that smartphones are a fad and will be gone in a few years, same with facebook.

I remember the old days when it was cool and totally acceptable to use a vanity email even for CVs, like hot_boy18@...

No smart phone?? I'm looking forward to the day when I can have mine surgically implanted so that it can be operated by 'thought'.

I don't have a smart phone either, no need for be to complain about 'slow download speeds' or 'what do I do now my contract is up?!?', and I don't have to charge it 24/7; ahhh my trusty Nokia 100.

I had a Nokia for a long time and I loved it. Now I have this lousy Chinese model.

I had my first cell phone so long that when its charger broke I had to get a new phone because they had switched to micro usb and thus no chargers of the old kind were available.

Also, I rarely, if ever text.

And I only use the internet on desktop computers, while sitting down.
