Guess the zoo

Isn't 1967 around the time when Colchester Zoo got Chimpanzees? As it may of been counted small back then...

A small zoo in my opinion is less than 20 acres, The zoo I'm thinking of doesn't have elephants but does still have a chimp. Geographically, Chlidonias is the closest

Sewerby Zoo? It fits the clue, although I do doubt it is correct...

Not the one I was thinking of! Maybe Sewerby fits the clue though! Didn't realise they had no meerkats! Very few that don't! In fact I've just realised Howletts might be right too! It isn't the one!

In addition to London Zoo, two other collections in the UK had a northern white rhinoceros. Name both places.

Whipsnade (guessing the same animal as at London) and Edinburgh because it is also an old zoo.
