Where have you seen Saiga given, as far as I remember, you didn't start visiting the continent (for zoos) until a few years after me and Cologne had gone out of them when I visited in 2010?
I'm not having a go, I'm just potentially excited that I may have over-looked somewhere keeping them (or sod's law, somewhere was keeping them that I was unaware of but has since stopped doing so).
