The small mammal house at Chester Zoo was built in 1960 and demolished in 1998 to make way for an extension of the elephant enclosure.

Douc langurs in the Ape House at Cologne Zoo.
Cologne Zoo is the only zoo in Europe to keep this rare species. They hold 2.3 douc langurs, one of the males being a baby, born in March 2007.
