Hi all,
I was just wondering if any of you have any information on this place. I was wondering if it was still open-there is a distinct lack of up to date information on the internet-they don't seem to have any sort of website.
I visited about 4 years ago and was not impressed- it had been badly affected by storm damage to be fair but was still pretty poor. There was a talking macaw then a line of 'new' aviaries home to budgies and lovebirds which were an ok size but had no perches or enrichment. There were lakes with 'waterfowl' (really domestic ones like on farms) which were pretty tatty. There was a 'bird of prey centre' -a few tatty owl aviaries and a peacock aviary-there was no signs of information. There was some more scruffy aviaries (for parrots if I remember right) then an indoor area with cockatiels and some ornamental teal. It was all very rundown and scruffy.
I would be interested if anyone had visited recently (or ever) and if you can provide me with any information about its current situation-this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Willtheman45
