@Hyak_II Thank you for all the corrections as I said I am not up to date on US zoo collections ! Awesome to see so many places with Maleo... I assume they have all originated from the bronx ???
Also you say that there is Golden necked single wattled cassowaries in an off display breeding centre in the US... Which centre? I knew about red necked single wattled, but not golden necked.

@vogelcommando- Wisbroek has a number of aracaris and toucanets not held by any other european collections: Blue throated toucanet, saffron toucanet, Many banded aracari, spot billed toucanet. I assume they came from Dallas world aquarium, due to the species.

Correct although the limited gene pool is a bit of an issue.

Sanford’s lemur at Lemur Conservation Foundation (not quite a zoo)
Cuban emerald at Sant Alessio
Greater dwarf lemur at Zürich
Noisy douroucouli at Wingham (not 100% sure on this one)
Spectacled flying fox at Lubee Bat Conservancy
A plethora of animals at the Dallas World Aquarium, some of which include: Guianan red cotinga, resplendent quetzal, crested quetzal, many-banded aracari, fiery-billed aracari, etc

I saw Noisy douroucouli at Miami's Monkey Jungle in 2013. Not sure if they're still there.

And has ANYONE here actually seen the damn Greater dwarf lemur at Zurich!? When I went in 2010 I was shocked and dismayed to discover they keep the singular small nocturnal species in their gigantic free range diurnal walk through Madagascar exhibit making one's chances of seeing the animal awake let alone locating it at all next to impossible!

I completely overlooked the mention of Catoctin! According to the credentials and about us pages on their website, they have them: Credentials | Catoctin Wildlife Preserve & Zoo
I've never gotten around to going there, I generally avoid non-AZA zoos (and ones that make a huge deal out of white tigers), but I might have to rethink that.

But if I am not mixing things up I think I have seen a thread on here for species kept at private (european) collections that are not kept at anypublic collection any more, but I cab not find
