Are These in Captivity? #2

In 2005 and 2009, Columbus received quolls from Featherdale Wildlife Park in Australia.
I believe it was mentioned in some guidebook that Omaha had them for a brief period when the Kingdoms of the Night opened.

very cool i wonder why the US is not good with dasyurids

Very short lifespan, so you have to keep breeding them continuously to keep them "in stock". Since most imports from Australia are only a small number of individuals, they get inbred very quickly even if there is breeding success.

Are Abbott's duiker kept anywhere?
I remember reading somewhere that there were plans to create a captive breeding facility for them, but i cant seem to find the source

Are northwest african cheetahs [Acinonyx Jubatus Hecki] kept anywhere in captivity?
I mean south african cheetahs are quite common, sudan cheetahs have a breeding program in europe with several zoos breeding them too, and i think some asiatic cheetahs are/were held in a semi captive facility in iran.
so why no hecki?

I remember there are some in Japan?
Any idea where at? I was under the impression that the Japanese ones were also at best hybrids that happen to exhibit an arctic-looking phenotype. Nasu Animal Kingdom was the specific zoo I gathered that in regard to, but it seemed like it would be the case for others as well.

After learning that most Mottled Owls (Strix/Ciccaba virgata) in Europe are in reality Mexican Wood Owl (Strix squamulata), I'm curious if there are any genuine Mottled Owl in captivity. I would assume that, if so, they would be in zoos and sanctuaries in their home range of South America. A "Mottled Owl" was previously kept at the Smithsonian National Zoo - was this too S. squamulata?

I saw one at ZooAve in Costa Rica.

Zootierliste doesn't list any currently in zoos. It was kept in Berlin Zoo (1906-13), Hamburg (1880), Cologne (1972-86) and Amsterdam (1854-5). I visited Cologne in 1982 and 1985, so I may have seen one

Belize Zoo also houses a mottled owl. I also saw one in the wild on a night hike in Belize on the same trip.
