Great to hear that this species is doing well ex-situ.
San Diego and Aquarium of the Pacific also have Guam Kingfisher.
Also Bronx, Sedgwick County, ABQ Biopark, Houston, Smithsonian's Bio Institute, and Calgary by a quick search for them.
I'm not 100% sure about other zoos, but I'm completely positive these birds are kept on public display at the San Diego Zoo because I saw one when I visited there on 7/23/20. I have edited a picture of the SDZ map to show you where they are kept.

No, at least not outside of Asia (and probably not there, either).

Those are widespread in zoos and private hands. Till few years ago, they got legaly exported from Africa in good numbers.

Pangolins yes, in the US and Europe but cannot remember any names of particular institutions that have them.
A good way of finding out is to simply type the name of a species into the gallery search bar and you will come up with threads or pictures about it on the forum.
Are there any golden-tabby tiger color variants in captivity?
Yes. I've seen them in Chimelong and I believe there are some more in China

Yes there are Great Blue Herons at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, the species is very common in California which is why I did a double-take when reading your question

I have seen people with aquatic snakes in the United States. I don't know what the species are, though.
Several zoos keep rehabbed Great Blue Herons. They are more common as wild free loaders around waterfowl ponds and other larger bodies of water, I have seen them in many zoos that way. These wild herons can pose a problem however, trying to steal food from the captive birds and predating young of smaller species.
