ive already said it before, but just connect the existing cow barn via a series of MZ TOTE fences/gates to the parcel of land opposite cats of asia currently occupied by fennec foxes, p hippo, dhole, meerkat etc and create a new area for the female herd.
do away with the service road (use the one above the FFBS theatre/whilst keeping the cats of Asia/snow leopard holding area accessible to vehicles) and create a winding forest trail past the snow leopard and tahr, giving the elephants all the space currently used by the old 'dog row' enclosures. where the new guinea birds are now, send the paddock out across the road and up the hill a bit where red pandas currently are.
giving the animals more space, would not adversely impact on visitor or service circulation.
