Am looking at taking a visit to BWCP soonish, and going through their website it says to book a date/time slot (as per pandemic times), but on the booking page everything is showing as 'not available', even going ahead to November. Do any of the locals (@Brum ?) know if you still have to book, or can you just turn up now? Or does the system just hate people trying to book as a single adult visitor?
Edit: Scratch that, dates are showing up now!
I was there recently, I didn’t book, I just turned up.
@Crowthorne are you planning on visiting any other collections whilst you're in the area? If so then just wanted to warn you that the Under 5's day at Dudley is on Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th June this year.![]()
Hehe, thanks for the warning! Wouldn't want to get caught againI'm kinda local now, living the East Midlands, so hoping to visit the Birmingham collections more often. Planning on combining the BWCP with the Lapworth Museum this time; longer term a return trip to Dudley is definitely in order, along with a trip to the SeaLife centre for the Sea Otters

From a post in the 2020 thread I see there were three siblings, but one died. I don't know if there are still two, but when I've been previously I have only seen two at a time, I think.I've just been browsing through pictures in the media section, is it still the same Lynx they have, or is it a different one?
and am wondering what might have happened to her eye?
Aria was asleep for all 3 hours I was there, completely on one end of the enclosure, the male all the way on the other end.
Sorry, it's the name female.
