I've seen Hooded Cranes, my missing species are Siberian and Whooping. The American Pelicans are on my list, I did not know about the Australian but I've never seen them either. Longleat used to have a Spot-billed Pelican, I don't know if it's still there.
The others are
Lesser Adjutant Stork (though I think you said it's no longer there - I did see Greater Adjutants at Chester in the 60s. I only just discovered this, the zoo described them as Marabou Storks, with the origin being given as India. A check on a photo proved their true identity.)
Hadada Ibis
American White Ibis (see at Bristol in the 70s but my sildes are no good)
Geese, Thick-billed Brean; Greater Snow; Dusky Canada; Vancouver Canada; Great Basin Canada; Russian Brent; Kelp; Black Spur-winged
Duck, Hawaiian (I only have photos of ducklings); American Black; New Zealand Scaup; Faroes Eider; Pacific Eider; King Eider; Spectacled Eider (the last two I have only photos of males); Red-breastred Merganser, Goosander; Argentine Ruddy Duck
Crane, Australian Sarus; Black-necked; Florida Sandhill; Greater Sandhill
Cape Thick-knee
Wattled Jacana
Turaco, Buffons's; Purple-crested
Tortoise, Bell's Hinge-backed (I never get a good shot of these)
Golden Spiny Mouse; Zebra Mouse; Bobak Marmot
Zigzag Ray and Port Jackson Shark
