On May 3rd, the zoo announced that their (0.1) American black bear named Hailey has been off exhibit as she contracted a uterine infection. She is currently in the Animal Care Center.

Big Cats imported in January 31st:
Ursula, a Siberian Tiger and Yeti, a Snow Leopard arrived on January 31st. The Snow Leopard is from Albuquerque BioPark and it was not provided from what zoo the Siberian tiger came from.
Comparing to her birthdate, it seems to be URSALA (URSULA), born 22/03/2013 at Columbus, who moved to Southbend 02/09/2015, then 31/01/2020 Bramble Park.

On January 28th, 2024, the zoo announced that a (1.0) grey wolf named Tee passed away at age 11 on January 18th due to an irreversible spinal condition that caused a rapid decline in health.

On March 22nd, the zoo announced that a (0.1) alpaca named Clover was born on March 17th and is on exhibit.

On April 29th, it was reported that a (0.0.1) black-and-white ruffed lemur passed away due to liver disease, a (0.0.1) common pleco passed away due to a stomach mass, and a (0.0.1) bluegill passed away due to a bacterial infection. It was also reported that a (0.0.1) red kangaroo was born and is on exhibit.
