When do you think it will be completed?
They say that it will be done in the fall, but there's no planned date.

Looking at the original plans, there's still another structure that needs to be built on the far side of the exhibit as well as a holding building for the small habitat nearby (I think that's for guineafowl). Since it's already fall and it would take a long time to build a whole other building that size, I think it might just be a covered pavilion or something like that. I think, though, it will be complete around November. @Wyman probably knows more about this than me, though.

Yeah, I don't want to speak for Wyman, but has spoken with the director and other staff (Wyman is actually the one that told me about the potential addition of pangolins).
Also, there's suspicious "construction" happening where the South American Swamp habitat will be, although I didn't think this was supposed to start yet, so maybe it's something else.

By reading the comments on their Instagram post, I can confirm that the construction is the new quarantine facility. Also, the Madagascar exhibit will open October 14!
That’s a lot earlier than I expected! I’m really looking forward to this exhibit. On a somewhat unrelated note, do you think they may ad there lesser hedgehog tenrec to the Madagascar exhibit eventually?(if it’s still alive that is), what species of guineafowl are they planning to exhibit?
Me too! I think it's possible that they may add it to one of the buildings, which I think would be a really nice addition! And the guineafowl are going to be Helmeted Guineafowl. The small flock is currently housed in the former sloth exhibit.
Ambassador animals generally aren't given regular exhibits.
As much as I would love to see all of those incorporated, I doubt it, though it will be interesting to see how the master plan goes through. After all, guineafowl never crossed my mind as animals that would be in the Madagascar exhibit, or even the black-and-white ruffeds and the crowned lemurs for that matter! I would honestly say keep your eyes open as new species may come and go from the final plans. Strategic or master plans aren't necessarily set in stone as designs are finalized and budgets allocated.
The guineafowl have moved into the exhibit with the Capybara and Scarlet Ibises.

Yes it is. And I'm not sure what's going to be in the old exhibit, but I'm very curious. I saw it in one of their Instagram posts and it didn't say.
Okay, I looked into it more and the construction will be done on the 14th, but there wont be any lemurs until later (probably early November) because they need to go through quarantine. The Radiated Tortoises and guineafowl should move in when it opens, though. The guineafowl are only in with the Capybara and ibises to get them used to a mixed-species environment, which I was surprised to find, because I thought they were going in a separate yard. The original plan shows a small yard next to the main exhibit, so either there will be something else in it, or it won't be built at all.

@Wyman said that white faced whistling ducks might be apart of the exhibit in the future, so maybe that’s what they mean?
Possibly. I think they might have a possibility of going in the South American Swamp habitat, though, too.
Fencing is down, so guests can now walk around the exhibit and in the viewing pavillion.
