On December 5th, the zoo announced that a (0.0.1) black howler monkey was born on November 29th and is now on exhibit.

0.1 Eastern Mountain Bongo was born on December 28th, its their 4th calf in the last 3 years!

On February 12th, the zoo announced the sexes of the babirusa (2.0) and the name of the eastern bongo, Wubbie. The zoo also announced the sex/name of the red kangaroo, a (0.1) named Poppy.

On March 7th, the zoo announced they expanded the ring-tailed lemur exhibit by giving them a new island as well as a new wooden bridge to connect the 2 islands.

On April 11th, the zoo announced that (0.0.2+) cockatiels and (0.0.2+) lorikeets (species not specified) hatched.

On April 17th, the zoo announced they moved their bald eagles to a new exhibit opposite their former exhibit in Wild Florida. Their former exhibit will be converted into more space for their deer and turkeys.

On June 6th, the zoo announced that 4 wild turkeys hatched which are currently being raised behind the scenes.

On June 14th, the zoo announced they acquired 2 black swans named Diana and Natalie from the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo in Indiana which are now on display in the Lands of Change area.
