Attempting to use actual reasoning:
Lowland Anoa says he likes birds, he also tends to support or mention stuff if it is Scottish or at Edinburgh Zoo.
I think the most likely of those two for Bronx is birds.
Stunning in sight: Birds of Paradise are (in many people's opinions) the most stunning birds, Lowland Anoa also chose to include four species of Birds of Paradise in a medium sized zoo when he was deemed curator of birds for that ZooChat Zoo thread that died a while ago. So I think it's birds of Paradise
Bronx has Birds of Paradise so it matches there.
Endangered: Well, technically they're not (at least, I believe the ones at Bronx aren't) but they are rare (one could say Endangered) within zoos and many people would think they were Endangered. Also, based on the thought put into the riddle... I doubt actual research went into Endangered-ness of the species in question.
There you have it: applying logic to a meaningless nonsense riddle
