Burgers' Zoo Burgers Zoo 2017

Interestingly, the old Mangrove house has been connected to the new round biome house as an entrance I think.

The old mangrove will be torn down, when the new one is finished, but it already holds the plants that will go into the new dome.

Which small enclosure?

On the left of the path, there is a smaller enclosure, a bit tucked away, it is connected with a tunnel under the path to the main enclosure, but it is normally used for baby aardvark and their mother.

A pair of beisa oryx are now in the separated paddock in Safari, and will be added to the main enclosure soon.

That is a nice addition, which should be robust enough to withstand the other inhabitants ;)

Hi, are there photos , details of the mangroven ?

Even better, there is a live stream inside the building site which should fit your needs:

New species arrived which will be placed on display when the new Mangrove-hall will be opened :
horse-shoe crabs.

Not mentioned in the source I found but quite sure it will be Limulus polyphemus because this is the only species found in the area the Mangrove-hall is focused on - Middle America.

Was (or rather is) my guess too, but when you look at another famous zoo where you will have leopard sharks from the Californian coast in an exhibit called "Africa Rocks" then you never know...;)

The zoo confirmed that they do keep the Atlantic species ;).
