This is excellent news! Ever since the flood, the zoo's MASSIVE indoor free flight exhibit has been very sparse. However as of the past year or two they're finally starting to add more and more birds to it, helping it return to its former glory. I remember visiting several years ago and there was a good population of various waterfowl inhabiting the exhibit, when I last visited around 2 years ago There were perhaps four or five ducks total inhabiting the pools of the exhibit. The zoo is about to get some African pygmy geese from Denver. It's a non breeding group of males but what a beautiful addition they will be to the zoo!
