Can confirm@ZooApollo, I don’t know if this entirely true, but I suspect the zoo’s servals are ambassador animals; hence, the reason why they are never on-show.

Can you give a brief overview what exactly has now been completed and for which exact species and all was finalised? Thanks for giving us slightly more information.Construction has wrapped up around the crocodile and american alligator exhibit, however, more construction has begun on the other side of the herpetarium. To get to it, you'll need to go around the crocodile monitor and rock iguana exhibits.
They were just redoing the walkways, they've gotten really old and I think they might have been rotting. Can you give a brief overview what exactly has now been completed and for which exact species and all was finalised? Thanks for giving us slightly more information.
Is there any information that another rhino is coming in? It's the most likely scenario, but I haven't seen confirmation of that. While PJ will surely be missed once he departs (myself included). I am also more than excited for a new rhino to eventually take his place as one of the zoo’s most popular animals!

Honestly, I would rather see something smaller there, it's not a great habitat IMO.
Thanks@SwampDonkey, I can’t share any further information on the subject; however, I can say that they’re committed to remain as a non-breeding holder.
Furthermore, while the exhibit itself isn’t anything too special. I’d argue it’s decently adequate for one rhinoceros.
It was mentioned in the Indian Rhino population thread by a few members that the plan is for five year old bull 'Gronk' at Zoo Tampa to transfer across as his replacement. Is there any information that another rhino is coming in? Recently, the zoo announced on their socials that (1.0) Boone, their 15-year old cougar had passed away in his sleep.
With his passing, the zoo is no longer a current holder of the species.
