Yes, I don't think that space is really an issue.
Slightly going off the topic of crocodiles, wht are the plans for the tropical realm in the masterplan. With African animals surrownding it (chimps, okapis, buffalos, red river hogs),turning it into n african themed rainforest house would be a brillint idea.
Does anyone know whats happeing to the sand lizards??
They are very out of place arent they. Very rarely d i see them so i dont see the harm in placing them off-show and setting up another aviary on where the lizards are now.
As far as I know the sand lizard enclosure is staying put. It's not so long ago that much of the sand was replaced. I agree the lizards are very difficult to spot, so as an exhibit it's not really a success. When it first opened people seemed to be expecting an animal as big as a Kpmodo dragon given the size of the enclosure.
