Asiatic Lion-A common sight in Heraldry and with plenty of links to royalty.

Another one could be the Sumatran Tiger-linked to the same reasons as before but with some deeper connections such as the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment of the British Army nickname being "The Tigers" or 230 Squadron Royal Air Force which operate Puma HC1 Helicopters out of RAF Benson being referred to as a "Tiger Squadron" and having a tiger on their badge.
