Unwanted pups or kits are nice food for herps
it's not necessary to eed them alive, just PTS with non-toxic drugs like ethyl acetate.
Dingoes don't, as most believe them to be genetically distinct enough to earn the title of being a subspecies. NGSDs might count.Do Dingos and New Guinea Singing dogs also count as "domestic dogs"? If so, the list would be longer.
Franklin Park Zoo has a cat in a barnyard exhibit. I can see why a cat would fit in there and it occurred to me that some people can't have pets at home and being able to see a cat at the zoo might be a good thing for them.
Last time I was in Dublin Zoo (admittedly this was nearly ten years ago, in 2004), it had domestic cats as an exhibit in its pets' corner, which I thought was pretty unusual.
