Am I right this is one - if not their - of their first radiated tortoises hatched?At least one radiated tortoise hatchling was born on the 6th May and has since been living in the behind-the-scenes area of the zoo.

VERY nice news indeed!Indian Gharials that hatched last year at Protivin/CZ has been assigned to new holders. 3 of them will go to Jersey soon. Youngsters are now 65-70 cm long and their sex can´t be determined yet.
