Guess the species #6

Not Hawaii nor Perth. I didn't realise they had been released on Hawaii, and Wikipedia also mentions an island in Maine, but its not that either. Might be a bit tricky, as I looked it up and they're not totally wild - confined to a privately-owned island where the population is unmanaged and has been for several decades.

Are there in islands in North Dakota? This one is surrounded by sea water and I saw it from a whale watching boat.

Yes, that's fine. It was Washington, Spieden Island to be precise. You still need to get the other two locations (for #1 and #2) to win, and they will be very tricky (being in many zoos), so I might put a time limit on it - maybe three hours from now.

And fortunately that island wad going to be my guess. Do you mind giving a hint on what continent the owl was on?

Owl in Europe, so that's not going to help much - there are 474 holders listed on zootierliste of the same (nominate) subspecies. The gecko was in Australia (but not Taronga).

Final Results:

#1 - Eurasian Eagle Owl @ Rome Bioparc (Moebelle + X)
#2 - Northern Spiny-tailed Gecko @ Crocosaurus Cove (Moebelle + X)
#3 - Greater Egyptian Jerboa @ Wroclaw Zoo (Chlidonias + Chlidonias)
#4 - Collared Lory @ San Diego Zoo (Nanoboy + Chlidonias)
#5 - Mouflon @ Spieden Island (Chlidonias + Moebelle)

So a tie between Chlidonias & Moebelle for species ID, but Chlidonias wins for location guesses. Looking forward to the next round!

four photos, all captive, winner is the one with the most correct answers.

so far we have ... counting on my fingers .... none correct.

Good guesses though, I can see where they are coming from, but all quite wrong.
