Well with Cape Ground Squirrel being one of the species (and I know it is because there were no other guesses for that number when you said it was right), I figured it had to be in Europe
Traditionally, there are two species of wildebeest - Connochaetes taurinus (Blue Wildebeest or Brindled Gnu) and C. gnou (Black Wildebeest or White-tailed Gnu). Up to five species have recently been proposed, however.
For reasons I cannot explain, if I mean both or either species in general I say 'wildebeest', but I use the 'gnu' forms to refer to each species specifically.
No. 5 is, in fact, a wildebeest, but I'll hold fire on confirming which just for a short time...
