Scratch that, I think the city is Munich, Germany. According to ztl Berlin did not get Agile Wallaby until 2015 and TLD's visit there was in 2014.

Considering it has now been established that there are several correct guesses, and that all these photos were taken in Munich, I am surprised people have just given up
