Has anyone been lately? Last time we went was April, and it really looked like one of the Genets was pregnant.

I was always of the impression that the Genets were both female. I only saw one however, when there the other week.
Definitely been no babies this year. Go to Hoo a lot and I'm pretty sure they only had females.
Try and spot their Zorilla could be a mission of the day! I've not seen it yet, sadly.Going this Friday for the first time anything I should look out for or anyone want me to look out for them?
Hopefully fingers crossed I've never seen one irlTry and spot their Zorilla could be a mission of the day! I've not seen it yet, sadly.

The closest we got was, seeing the straw in the box move, so we knew it was alive, lol. You'll have better luck trying to see Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny![]()
When I was looking through the images of Hoo Zoo on Google Maps, I noticed the park map had labelled Tapirs being in where the Capybara are.
I know it's a bit early before they start printing out new leaflets but I thought I'd point this out... they seem like a species that would suit the collection very well.![]()
They haven't had the Tapir for many years.
They've never had the species before, so if they are arriving (I presume) they would be a new species for Hoo Zoo and Dinosaur World.
