That is not a common name I have ever heard before. I'm assuming it's another name for Patas Monkeys?
Yes - as has been discussed a few times in thread the common names are being pulled from ZTL, regardless as to whether they're regularly used or potentially confusing.
An alternative name is (or was) Hussar Monkey, apparently due to the white moustache. Hence "Military Monkey". Not exactly in common usage for the species though.
