Due to the increased number of areas that have now been placed into tier 3 and 4 we have taken the difficult decision to close Longleat early for this season from 1st January 2021.
We will still be welcoming guests to the park on Thursday 31st December but due to the new restrictions, all indoor attractions will remain closed and therefore Koala Creek and The Laser Show at the Land of Light will not be open tomorrow. If you booked to visit the park on Thursday 31st December, and wish to cancel due to the changed circumstances, a refund will be made available. Please get in touch through Guest Services on information@longleat.co.uk who will arrange for a refund.
The park will close early for this season from 1st January 2020. If you booked tickets to visit the park from Friday 1st Jan – Sunday 10th Jan, you will automatically be refunded - we expect everyone to receive their refund within four weeks.
We are receiving a huge volume of enquiries through all of our channels. Please bear with us whilst we work through them as quickly as possible."
