Bald Eagle H. leucocephalus - 1 individual (one adult)
Chilean Flamingo P. chilensis - 1 individual (one adult)
Mammals
American Beaver C. canadensis - 1 individual (one adult)
American Bison B. bison - 1 individual (one adult)
Gray Wolf C. lupus - 3 individuals (two adults, one cub)
Grizzly Bear U. arctos horribilis - 3 individuals (two male adults, one female adult)
Jaguar P. onca - 1 individual (one adult)
Raccoon P. lotor - 5 individuals (one adult, four babies attached to each other)
White-tailed Deer O. virginianus - 1 individual (one buck)

Next up is the depressingly small group of
Australian Species. I honestly should've just added this onto the Asian & European section just given how small it is. Anyway...

Red Kangaroo M. Rufus - 4 individuals (two female adults, one joey per adult)

Farm/Domesticated Species. I guess I'll note here that I did not include the budgies in here due to the depressing size of the Australian collection.

Domestic Duck A. platyrhyncos domesticus - 1 individual (one adult) - most likely American Pekin breed
Greylag Goose A. anser - 1 individual (one adult)
Mute Swan C. olor - 1 individual (one adult)
Mammals
Cat F. catus - 4 individuals (one adult, three babies attached to each other) - European Shorthairs I believe
Dog C. lupus familiaris - 3 individuals (one adult, two puppies) - Adult French bulldog, baby German shepherd and baby golden retriever
Domestic Pig S. scrofa domesticus - 5 individuals (three adults, two piglets) - One adult is a Vietnamese pot-bellied, one baby is suspected to be Berkshire and the rest are Yorkshires
Domestic Rabbit O. cuniculus - 1 individual (one adult)
Donkey E. asinus - 6 individuals (three adults, three foals) - two adults and two foals are Provence donkeys, not sure about the other two which date back to 1988
Holstein B. taurus taurus - 2 individuals (one adult, one calf)
Horse E. callabus - 6 individuals (five adults, one foal) - One Friesian stallion, one Haflinger, one Haflinger foal, one Carmague, one Chestnut mare, one Knabstrupper mare
Nigerian Dwarf Goat C. aegagrus hircus - 2 individuals (one adult, one calf)
Sheep O. aries - 3 individuals (two adults, one calf)
