By the way, does anyone know any other australian birds? I'm researching but it's a pretty slow process to keep copying the latin names and putting them into ZooTierListe
Have you tried the "Erweiterte Suche" option? Just type in "Australien" in Vorkommen" and you should get a decent amount of birds kept in Europe. Not every species is listed there though.
Oh and is there some sort of netting to prevent birds from getting into the dingo enclosure?
Tried it, but it only comes up with 3 mammals and nothing else
Well, I'm not sure how I would do that. The bobcat enclosure in the desert doesn't have any netting, then again the dingoes do have trees in the enclosure while the bobcat enclosure is mainly empty, then again again, I don't think dingoes can catch birds in the trees

You need to use the german version of ZTL, not the english one. The english one contains far fewer information about the species, which determines the search results.

Well, I'm 99% certain that we did discuss it, but I can't find it anywhere for some reason. So give me a second to give you a quick run-through
We have discussed it but we have never had a map or in-depth walkthrough of the whole area
Alright then, the final region that we, for some reason, have not yet discussed: Burgers Arctic!
I've started to put in the different regions of the hall. Similar to the different regions in the Manrove dome (Dry forest, Mangrove and mudflats). In this case: The Nortic forest, the Basalt pillars, and the Frozen coast!
All the species are specified here so I don't think I need to go into much detail. But the siberian weasel hut is styled as an old scandinavian hut or veranda. There's also the little blue box, which is a hot chocolate stand that's open during winter, in the same style.
You enter the hall in an area surrounded by beautiful rock pillars and as soon as you turn the corner you can see the seabirds behind the nets nesting on grassy plateaus or swimming below you.
As you walk further the pillars make way for beige rocks covered in snow and ice. A large, rocky wasteland filled with snow is coloured by black dots of penguins. The water splashes in rough waves below the path and along the path there's a crabfishing boat that crashed into the rocks. A huge wall of deep blue ice lines the back wall of the enclosure along with some icebergs sticking out between the rocks. You can walk on the crabfishing boat to get a closer experience, similar to the boat at wildlands. It will either be called the "MS Blijdorp" or the "MS Berlin" depending on where the majority of the penguins will come from (Or MS antwerp, MS München, etc)
The boat actually has an open space in the top where you can look down into two seperated crab tanks and through what would be the steering hut, you can walk down into the lower levels, with underwater viewing to the penguins through the portholes on the sides. From here, you can also go into the ice caves. Which I will discuss later.
There's an igloo educational scene (Which isn't antarctic, I know. But it doesn't fit in the other regions)
You enter the Nortic forest, filled with cold resistant fir trees and ferns. Arctic foxes run around in a lowered enclosure that also have a den to the side that you can view from the ice caves.
On the other side, through the tree trunks, you can see different types of owls sitting in the trees. Finally, you can see the siberian weasels in the scandinavian hut.
You walk out of the hall through the walkthrough owl enclosure. And outside, you can see a large wolverine enclosure, along with the outside half of the siberian weasel hut.
Finally, there's the ice caves. There's multiple entrance point and there isn't a certain route like usual. There's underwater viewing into the Penguin enclosure and the puffin enclosure. There's multiple aquariums. Two jellyfish tanks in a smaller, seperate cave. A larger lobster tank. Two crab tanks in the bottom level of the MS Blijdorp. And multiple tanks with Arctic and Antarctic fish (Seperated, of course). There's also an upper level where you can view into the Wolverine den and the Arctic fox den

So for the crab fishing boat can the penguins go above or around it or does it split the penguin pool
It's two seperate tanks, the smaller one is more shallow
