This is a Bryozoan, Not a fish. However, I think I know which one is cooler. ;)
(Probably the only person who thinks Bryozoans are cooler than fish :p)

Yeah, but I feel like more Diversity is shown in simple Inverts, I always used to favor mobile animals when I was younger, but Gradually over time I have gained an interest in Marine Inverts. In fact, my top 3 favorite types of Animals are Tainads, Bryozoans, and Hydrozoans!

They are just proposing splitting the local subspecies from C. alexandrinus, presumably on the basis that it is resident and not migratory.
