Denver's stated capacity is 8, whether or not they could actually hold that many is debatable but I'd say it's not horrifically unrealistic. They have pioneered bachelor bull holding techniques and have beat expectations by increasing their herd size slowly over the years. I wouldn't discount their ability to add another bull or two to the facility.Neither Denver nor San Diego has a capacity of 7-8 bulls. Seriously, no zoo in the world can house 8 bulls!
If San Diego has similar holding capacity/techniques they could have similar capacity, but I don't know as much about Elephant Odyssey as Toyota Elephant Passage.
