Monkey Haven Owl and Monkey Haven

The park has announced thar Peppino, the park's 45 year old male white-fronted capuchin has been PTS after a series of medical episodes. He had recently moved to an adjacent enclosure to the rest of his troop due to his declining health.

He arrived 9 years ago after being confiscated from the pet trade by the Italian Government and fathered 5 children at the park.
 
On January 24th, the sanctuary announced they rehabilitated and released a (0.0.1) common buzzard back into the wild.

On February 5th, 2024, the sanctuary announced they revamped the visitor facilities (building new barriers, decking, and flooring in the shop, tea room, and conservatory) for the 2024 season.

On July 1st, the sanctuary announced they rehabilitated and released a barn owl back into the wild. By August 2nd, the sanctuary rehabilitated and released 2+ more barn owls back into the wild.

On October 3rd, the sanctuary announced that a (1.0) grivet named Angèlè passed away.

On October 16th, the sanctuary announced their (0.1) Javan langur named Treacle (age 28) is currently the oldest of its species living today and on record, according to ZIMS.
