Cincinnati keeps Major Mitchell's and Yellow-crested Cockatoos.
Indianapolis keeps Red Lory.

Can confirm that Cincinnati keeps Blue-and-yellow Macaw. They also keep Blue-throated Macaw and Golden Conure.

Six Flags Great Adventure also holds this species.
Brookfield also holds scarlet macaw, hyacinth macaw, blue-throated macaw, and blue-and-yellow macaw.
Got a few notes on the new list:
SDZSP doesn't have any of those cockatoo or parrot species on display except Salmon-crested Cockatoo, Thick-billed Parrot, and Fischer's Lovebird.
LA Zoo doesn't have any of those cockatoo or parrot species on display except Blue-throated Macaw, Galah, and Red-tailed Black Cockatoo.
Fresno Chaffee Zoo no longer has any cockatoo or parrot species on display except three macaws - Hyacinth, Blue-and-gold and Blue-throated (the last of which is missing from your list). They do still have a couple of species in their bird show.
Sylvan Heights Bird Park has African Grey Parrot and another 5 species of macaw
(the common ones). Scarlet-chested Parrot and Cuban Amazon are two species I didn't note there.
Charles Paddock Zoo also has Greater Vasa.
Tulsa Zoo also has Derbyan Parakeet and Eclectus Parrot.
San Diego Zoo does still have Mindanao (Mt. Apo) Lorikeet, but not Red & Blue Lory.
North Carolina Zoo closed their Aviary and I don't think any of the parrots housed in there moved to other parts of the zoo.
Orange County Zoo has Red-crowned, Yellow-crowned and Blue-fronted Amazon.
Santa Ana Zoo has Blue-and-yellow macaw, Red-crowned amazon, Yellow-headed amazon and Sun Conure.
Living Coast Discovery Center has Red-masked Parakeet (Psittacara erythrogenys).
FWIW a facility that is missing from your list - the Free Flight Sanctuary near San Diego - is a small facility but has an accurate and comprehensive list of parrots on their website, and I can confirm that they do have a few species of interest.

Definitely no budgies at Buffalo, but there are budgies at Franklin Park Zoo and Bergen County Zoo.
