Dallas Zoo is currently closed as a Clouded Leopard has escaped its habitat.

Hmmm... mighty suspicious. I hope whoever cut those holes is brought to justice.Hole also discovered in fence of langur exhibit on Friday:
Fortunately it was discovered before an escape could result:
All monkeys accounted for after staff discover hole cut in habitat at Dallas Zoo
Thankfully, a second search was not necessary. All of the langurs were still inside their habitat and did not appear to be harmed or in any danger.
A Vulture was mysteriously found dead:
Police are investigating a vulture's death at the Dallas Zoo as 'suspicious
While the vulture's cause of death has not been determined, "circumstances of the death are unusual and the death doesn't appear to be from natural causes." the Dallas Zoo said in a statement Saturday.

Would avian influenza count as a "natural cause?"

I think the vulture death rules out this theory.I think we can probably guess who it was...*cough* animal rights activist *cough*

(I sincerely hope it does, at least).
By the way, what was this “unnatural injury”?
Is it possible the vulture could’ve been poached? There was a white rhino that was poached in a zoo a few years ago and I can’t help but wonder if that’s what we’re looking at here too.
