I'd guess the animals that have been in the collection a long time.
Off the top of my head I'd guess -
Baboons
Lions
Hybrid giraffes
Prairie dogs
Lemurs
Gibbons
Spider monkeys
Ducks
Some of the rhino maybe

They're no more hybrid giraffes remaining - the remaining individuals are 1,3 Kordofans.
I could of course be wrong but I believe there is only 4 giraffe (1:3) all of which are Kordorfan. They used to keep 2:0 hyrbrid(Beau & Tibor?) but both have died a number of years ago I think.
The current giraffe are awaiting moves(bull is apparently staying in the UK, 3 females moving to France)

I believe Jimmy’s Farm took them
They took the arctic wolves but south lakes had a maned wolf didn’t they? Was wondering what happened to him?

More departures announced as Hemsley have announced they've taken three (unannounced sexes) Colombian spider-monkeys from South Lakes.

Apparently this is two brothers and one other individual, Jinx, Juno and Cashew (unsure of gender as I never visited South Lakes so unsure how many were held in the first place).

1,1 Lowland tapir have been announced to have moved to Ventura Wildlife Foundation.

Departure and Destination update, as promised 
We are delighted to confirm Snow Leopard, Kadi, left for her new home last week
She will be in very good hands in her new home, which is the same overseas destination as Tiger Twins Kumbuh and Cinta.
As always the new home has the right to announce the arrival when they are ready, so we won’t spoil that for them, but we wanted you to know she has a happy future ahead

The Hamadryas Baboons haven't been out the last two times I've driven past so I strongly suspect they've been moved on.
The lions were still in situ as of last weekend - they can be seen from the road if you know where to look
