When you open it you will be greeted by Oswald the emu and many other creatures such as tortoise, monkey, lemur, flamingo, pelican, wallaby and kangaroo. Also there is a large penguin pool with 4 Humboldt penguins.

Behind you will find more monkeys. As you carry on you will see England’s last polar bear Zara sharing an enclosure with Dennis the Himalayan Black Bear. The enclosure is spacious and has a large waterfall and a bridge with a glass wall to see the bears. Just after the bear exhibit you will find two large enclosures with black leopard and African leopard. Also after midday they let 8 lion cubs enjoy the exhibit while the leopard stays inside. The enclosures have an amazing rocky border line and a large grassy field with trees and plants.
As you carry on you will come across the indoor viewing of the male pygmy hippo. As you leave you will see the female hippo enjoying her large outdoor exhibit. Behind you there are two striped hyenas in a large rocky exhibit. Next to that you will come across 4 wolves in a natural small exhibit. As you turn the corner you will come across a large African section with addax, giraffe and zebra. Also there is an indoor viewing where you can feed the giraffe.
